Cancellation charges: Within 60 days of arrival 100% of rental costs; within 60-90 days of arrival 50% of rental costs. More than 90 days your deposit. Deposits are non-refundable.

We the Owners or the Management Company do not accept responsibility for any accident, injury, illness or damage sustained during the tenancy regardless of cause. You are strongly advised to purchase full health and travel insurance. No diving is permitted in the pool. Children should not be left unsupervised at any time. You should ensure nobody swims alone.

Check-in time is 4.00pm on the date of arrival and check out time is 10.00am on the day of departure.
